Shipping policy
Regarding International Shipping:
For shipping to regions outside of Japan, we will deliver via FEDEX.
Regular items:
Please allow approximately 5-6 days for the items to arrive.
Pre-ordered items:
After the product has arrived, please allow approximately 5-6 days for the items to arrive. As the production time varies depending on the product, please refer to the product page of each item for details.
If you purchase the STAIN & WATER PROOF PROCESSING, please allow an additional 3 weeks from the standard delivery time. This is because craftsmen in Kyoto need time to process each pair individually.
Please note that for international shipments, import duties may be charged separately, and the customer is responsible for payment.
Regarding long-term absence and refusal to accept delivery:
The package holding period by the shipping company is "7 days from the first delivery attempt." If you receive a non-delivery notice, please request redelivery to the nearest store listed on the non-delivery notice as soon as possible. Please be aware that if there is no receipt of the product within two weeks after the shipment completion email, the order will be automatically canceled.
If a package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, we will charge the following fees for reshipment. We appreciate your understanding.
Round-trip shipping fee + handling fee (500 yen)
Please note that if you are repeatedly absent for a long time or refuse to accept delivery, we may refuse future transactions. If we deem past transactions to be malicious, we may cancel or refuse all transactions, so please understand.
