Refund policy
Returns, refunds, and exchanges for defective or faulty products
In the event of a defective or faulty product, we will accept a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt. Replacement or refunds will only be provided if the product is in unused condition, with the outer box and all accessories (including the delivery note) intact and unremoved. Please note that we will not be able to provide any further assistance beyond returns and refunds. Please understand this in advance.
Please note that we will not accept returns without the complete set of items. We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for the convenience of the purchaser.
Replacement will be accepted only when the desired item is in stock. In the event that the product is defective or faulty, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt of the product for a replacement, return or refund. Please also return the subject merchandise to our designated address within 10 days (including the day of arrival) of receipt of the merchandise.
Cancellation of Orders
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds of orders for customer reasons, regardless of whether they are regular or pre-order items. Please understand this in advance.
