What is “Creativity” to a Creator?
To some, it may be an existence like air, and to others it might be an entity subject to love.
Sometimes, it may carry insanity.
Portrayed in this stylish and intense conceptual work, is the passion and ideals Creators keep hidden deeply within, with OAO and its sneaker THE CURVE 1 which supports Creativity.
In this work, we focused on 4 leading creators of differing genres, Musician and Drummer of Rockband TEMPALAY John Natsuki, Suibokuga Artist CHiNPAN,Florist Yasutaka Ochi, and Shoes designer Masaya Kushino.

PERIMETRON
PERIMETRON is a Creative label founded in 2016 by Musician Daiki Tsuneta, Producer/Designer Shu Sasaki, and Film Director/ Art Director OSRIN. With new talented members including 3D visual editors, they have produced Music Videos, Brand Commercials and Fashion Fims for various Artists.
Not just limited to visual direction, PERIMETRON has worked on jacket artwork, product design, space design, and graphic series for magazines. They are currently gathering attention as a cutting edge group capable of producing the most creative products in Tokyo.
John Natsuki
Drummer for Rock band Tempalay. Has been performing solo since 2019 under the name “John Natsuki”, and besides drumming acts as Vocal, Synthesizer, and Trackmaker. By fusing Industrial, Trap, Gothic and Post punk, John Natsuki’s scores are unpredictable and makes his shows eccentric.
CHiNPAN
Japanese-style artist. CHiNPAN started Suibokuga at 3rd grade of elementary school upon recommendation from her art teacher, and in 1996 became apprenticed in Rimpa Suibokuga.Her professional career as a Suibokuga Artist began when she was chosen for the “Asia Creative Art Exhibition” by the “National Art Center Tokyo”.
CHiNPAN has been devoted to fusing Suibokuga with “Wa-Kan-You”, or Japanese style Chinese Style, and Western Style. Her Suibokuga is not bound by the traditional dimensions of Washi(Japanese Paper), but ventures into 3 dimensional arts, bodypaint, and spatial design.
Yasutaka Ochi
CEO of Europe, inc. Started up flower shop “DILIGENCE PARLOUR” in 2012, and currently operates a store in Omotesando Hills. Besides operating stores, does decorations for events and commercials.
Masaya Kushino
Masaya Kushino was born in Innoshima Island, Hiroshima Prefecture. He graduated from the Kyoto Institute of Design and achieved his Diploma for Fashion Design Mastery at the “Istituto MARANGONI” in Milano, Italy. Upon returning to Japan, he was awarded the grand prize in “JILA LEATHER GOODS AWARD 2007”.
Inspired by nature, Kushino combines Traditional and Cutting edge technology to produce shoes with the theme “final design”. He is currently focused on integrating art with science, such as biotechnology. His artworks are preserved in the Victoria and Albert Museum, England, and the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York.
