We offer free return shipping if you contact us in advance.

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

1. The product has only been tried on indoors, without walking on the floor.
2. The product is free from wrinkles, deterioration, dirt, or any other damage.
3. All accessories are included.
4. The product has been tried on without direct contact with the skin.
5.Optional water-repellent and stain-resistant treatments have not been applied.
6.The product is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

・Products with STAIN & WATERPROOF processing
・Products marked as "No Returns or Exchanges" on the product page

If you contact us before returning the item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Returns initiated without prior contact may be refused or charged to the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change to a different size or item, please place a new order.
