We will accept size and model exchanges or returns at the customer's expense if the following conditions are met:

1.The product must be tried on only in a home environment, without walking on the floor.
2.The product must be free from wrinkles, deterioration, dirt, or any other damage.
3.All accessories must be included.
4.The product must be tried on without direct contact with the skin.
5.The optional water-repellent and stain-resistant treatment must not be applied.
6.The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

※If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock
※If a second or subsequent exchange request is made for the same order
※Products with STAIN&WATER PROOF processing
※Products marked as "No Returns or Exchanges" on the product page

Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Also, cancellations or refunds for any orders, whether regular or pre-order, are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
