Tsutomu Moriya was born in Kanagawa Prefecture, and his lineage comes from Suwa-shi Nagano Prefecture. After graduating Kuwasawa Design School, Moriya made his name designing CD jackets and Apparel Brands. Moriya has been expanding his field of activities as a stencil artist in recent years.
